This document provides instructions for setting up the Technician Biography, which is an e-mail that you can send with information about the technician and your company to your customers prior to them being dispatched.
INTRODUCTION TO INTERCALL
This module allows your customers to look themselves up in ACOWIN over the internet, select a specific site and view history, equipment and create a new service call. They can select their preferred scheduled time (AM or PM for a specific date) and ACOWIN will create the call slip for them and place it a pre-defined technician’s column on the Dispatch Board for the selected Date.
